Abstract base class for resources which resolve URLs into File references,
such as org.springframework.core.io.UrlResource
or org.springframework.core.io.ClassPathResource
.
Detects the "file" protocol as well as the JBoss "vfs" protocol in URLs, resolving file system references accordingly.
